Do I need sales experience?

No. Some companies want seasoned closers and some are happy to train. Tell us where you are and we'll match you with roles that fit. Training is included either way.

How do I get paid?

Most roles pay commission on what you sell, and some add a base. Each company sets its own plan, and you'll see it before you say yes.

Is it remote?

Yes. Roles on Seedling are remote. You'll need a computer, a headset and a reliable internet connection.

Does it cost anything to apply?

No. Creating your profile is free, and so is the training.

Where can I see open jobs?

You don't need to hunt through listings. Create your profile once, and we'll reach out when a company's role fits your experience, schedule and goals.

What happens after I apply?

You'll get an email with a link to a short screen and your video interview. Do them whenever suits you. Our team reviews every interview and lets you know where you stand.

What kinds of companies hire here?

Do I need my own leads?

No. Companies bring the offer, and you get the tools to work it: a dialer, scripts and a calendar for booking. Some roles include lists to call.
